Here's one of 3 enormous heads of cauliflower I harvested from the garden earlier this month. Big, right? I still have one more growing that I'll probably pick next week. That's a lot of blanching!

Thanks Jeremy :) I was pretty impressed too! Next time I think I should pick them when they're a little smaller so there's not as much work to do.
Wow ~ enough for a freezer full of soup to last all winter!!! How big are the other two?
