Morning mess
I got up with Parker at 4am to hear the washing machine still running in our basement after starting it at 10pm. I went downstairs to find 3 inches of standing water! I turned off the machine and called Justin. While we wait to hear back from the insurance company an emergency plumber is on his way to clean the drain in our laundry room to hopefully help get rid of some of this water. This was not part of this week's schedule.

what??? wasn't the repair man there fixing it just yesterday?! how incredibly frustrating. Is there any recourse with the repair man's company?? I hope insurance comes through for you guys.
That is totally bad. I'm sorry this has happened to you, and I'm sure your frustration is more than you're letting on in your post. I will hold off on calling you today:-)
